Here to show off the new BW style for set 7 is Rarity from Equestrian Heroes (set 1).
Right away you'll notice that Flawless Victory is an Ability, which is how all Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies will be handled. Given that these aren't Pokemon, it's quite refreshing to be using this species-neutral terminology.
Another thing immediately noticeable is the change in wording. Black and White uses a more straightforward wording style, and it's something I'm still getting used to. To be honest, I'm still not 100% sure that Designer Magic is even worded correctly. I hope it is, because there's no way that I would be able to fit any more text on the card.
Note that the Unicorn classification is written on the card. I figure I might as well start doing this since otherwise that strip in the middle is just going to remain empty. FA cards don't have this strip, but since I'm never going to get any art in this style, I won't ever have to make a FA card, which makes this almost a non-issue (hint, hint)
If I do, then I'll just omit the class. None of the previous cards have it, but the class is there all the same.
Any ideas of what else I could put in the middle thing, there?
edit: I have added the other classes so you can see what they'll look like. They won't all be on the card. It's for demonstration purposes only.

third edit: Okay so I believe this is the BW promo foil. At least, that's what I was told by a prominent faker. Is good, yes?

Hey! I've got a suggestion about what you could do with the ponies' species!
If you do it the way I suggest it, you'll have free space for the middle thing so you can put something else, there.

Note that if you select it this way, there won't be a difference between earth pony and non-pony.
But see it this way: This makes it easier to distinguish earth ponies from donkeys, zebras, Crackle's cousin, changeling and so on, because you won't have to!
OR you can also choose to only use them on pony characters and on the non-ponies, you can still use the classic Pokémon symbols. This way, you can still distinguish between ponies and non-ponies by simply mentioning their types. Also, you'll still have room for those funny quotes you used to use in the middle thing, but this time, for everynonpony, too!
